PRENATAL PILATES

Pilates can be a very mild and gentle exercise during pregnancy. Exercises do not stress the body, but relax the pregnant  through few but substantial technical repetitions. They untangle the spine and neck, creating a feeling of stimulation and wellness, empowering the body to assure that the pregnancy and labor process are more comfortable.
