MAT PILATES

Mat Pilates: Exercises are specifically designed to be performed on the ground/ mat. It is a lesson of understanding and controlling the body. Special emphasis is given on strengthening the core, the dorsal and abdominal muscles, aiming at the spinal extension and stabilization and the relief of musculoskeletal pains.
