A truly unique Pilates and dance studio with a simple concept. Founded by choreographer, dancer and Pilates instructor Elena Kyprianou in 2009 providing high quality teaching. Our space features an environment of concentration and tranquility in all classes that are offered only to adults, having as a priority the treatment of the particular musculoskeletal needs of each client.
The right body posture, that depends on the correct support of the spine and on the strengthening and stretching of the muscles, is the basis of the method, which is becoming more and more essential for millions of people who spend more than half of their day in an office.

PILATES

Pilates is an innovative and therapeutic mental and physical exercise system. It helps in the prevention and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal problems and injuries. It builds strong abdominal core and strong back muscle support. It corrects imbalances between muscle groups by teaching the right body posture and relieving neck-upper back-lower back pains.

The method consists of approximately 500 precision exercises, which involve both body and perception.

The body, exercises equally and a sense of wellness and stamina features every move. J.H. Pilates, described his method as "mild for pregnant women, safe for the elderly, dynamic for athletes and dancers".
